Kia’s 7-year, 100,000-mile warranty

To demonstrate the confidence with the quality of our vehicles, we give every Kia our industry-leading, 7-year, 100,000-mile warranty – that’s the longest new car cover in Europe! There’s no catch – just seven years’ peace of mind. The same warranty applies to our electric vehicles, too, and also covers the battery.

In the unlikely event that you do need to claim, both the parts and labour are covered, so you’ll enjoy lower repair costs. Better still, the warranty is transferable, so if you come to sell your Kia, the new owner will benefit from the remaining time or mileage.

Kia Roadside Assistance

When you’re on the road, it’s good to know there’s always someone there to help. That’s why we created our unique Roadside Assistance package. Kia Roadside Assistance gives you 12 months free premium RAC cover with every new or approved used Kia vehicle – it can even cover you in Europe!

Have an issue before your journey begins? You’re covered from your front door. Break down on the road? You can get roadside rescue in the UK and Europe. And, if your vehicle can’t be fixed at the roadside, we will take you to your nearest Kia dealer or your destination anywhere in the UK. You can even get a replacement car for two days while yours is being fixed.

Online Service Booking

We’ve made servicing easy through our Online Service Booking system. You can book a service at any time; simply put in your registration, mileage and postcode and you’ll be given the option to book a time and date that suits you.

You can choose to leave your car at the dealer, book a ‘while you wait’ service, or even arrange to have the car collected and delivered to your chosen destination.

By servicing with Kia, you benefit from our qualified technicians who have access to the latest Kia systems, tools and Kia genuine parts – so you know your car is receiving the highest possible standard of care. This helps to safeguard your warranty and increase your car's resale value.

Kia Accident Aftercare

Being involved in an accident is naturally stressful, but whether you’re insured with Kia or not, we’re still here to help take care of everything for you. Simply call Kia first and we will look after your insurance claim on your behalf, liaise with your insurer, provide accident recovery and even offer you a free courtesy car while your Kia is being repaired.

Kia Accident Aftercare is free for all Kia owners and is available 24 hours a day. No matter who was at fault, or who you’re insured with, Kia Accident Aftercare can make sure that your Kia is repaired at a Kia Approved Body Shop using Kia genuine parts – so you can rest assured that your car is in safe hands.

Click & Collect

If you are interested in customising your car with Kia genuine accessories, use our online Click & Collect service. Simply put in your registration, and we’ll give you a list of accessories that are designed to fit your Kia. Once you’re happy with your choice, you can choose a date and dealer to have them fitted. Like our cars, Kia accessories are engineered to our high standards – so you know that you’ll be getting quality-assured accessories backed with a two-year warranty.
